Dear Organizational Leaders,
I hope that you are energized by purpose and your community. I’m reaching out to share a few ways I’m currently supporting organizations as they meet the demands of this moment and lay foundations for the future.
First, thank you for your continued commitment to the community. You are doing vital work while navigating political threats, cuts to public services, and financial uncertainty. Over the past two years, my work has focused on helping organizations define their strategic direction. Lately, I’ve noticed a pattern: many teams have strong strategic direction, but lack the structure or capacity to stay focused, track their progress, or adapt to our changing landscape.
To meet this moment, organizations need to be both focused and agile. I’ve expanded my offerings to reflect this, and more than anything, I feel deeply energized and honored to help teams navigate through these times with care, clarity, and purpose. I’m here to be of service.

A mini-audit and recommendation service to assess your current strategic efforts and help your team stay focused, adaptive, and cared for. This 1–2 month engagement offers actionable next steps to strengthen your impact and sharpen your direction.
🧱 Mission-Driven Infrastructure Support
A light-touch engagement to align your team structure, decision-making, and learning systems with your goals. We’ll review and update your organizational design, governance, and MEL (Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning) practices to better support clarity, care, and accountability.
🦋 Values-Aligned Consolidation and Mergers
Some organizations are exploring partnerships, shared infrastructure, or mergers as a path to sustainability and greater impact. I support leaders in navigating these possibilities with care, grounding decisions in mission alignment, community accountability, and long-term vision. I am helping organizations explore collaboration and consolidation with clarity and intention.
